Types of Services Offered


Prep-Training

 

Meant for the entry level person ready to join or who is thinking of joining the ranks within Law Enforcement or Military Service. The training provides includes but is not limited to: Physical fitness/practice, mental toughness/understanding, field-specific training, and current trends.


NJ SORA (Security Officer Registration Act)

 

Required training, delivered both in-person and virtually, for armed/unarmed security positions that covers topics such as Report Writing, Ethics, Security Roles/Functions, Emergency Response, Homeland Security, and Use of Force


Basic Life Support (CPR/AED)

 

The American Heart Association’s BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. Training covers Adult, Infant, and Child procedures.

I.A.O. Ready( I.A.O. stands for Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome, a commonly used military term meant to promote perseverance) is based in Northern New Jersey and located within the New York Metropolitan Area. We focus on the welfare of the current and future Law Enforcement, Military Service, and Security professionals by providing mental and physical preparatory training. The training will allow candidates to develop and obtain the proper skills, tools, and understanding needed to be successful in police academies and/or military basic training (bootcamps). Furthermore, we conduct training for citizens in their personal preparedness and situational awareness.
